Jo Wood is now a post-doctoral research fellow at the University of Exeter, working on the assessment of glacial lakes and hazards in Peru. This is a NERC-funded project on the effect of climate change on glacier hazards and will help policy makers understand the impacts of climate change in the Peruvian Andes. This a three-year project with the first results expected by the end of 2019.
